How to Lock Cells in Excel
If you are also facing problem with your data being manipulated then Excel provides you solution for this in the form of Cell/ Workbook Protection.
- Select all the cells which you want to Lock. Click on Cell and then drag your cursor till the last cell which you want to be locked.
- Right Click on your mouse > Go to “Format Cells” > A dialog box will open in it Go to “Protection” > Check in to “Locked” checkbox.
(Remember Locking Cells only works when your Worksheet is Protected)
