How to Merge Cells in Excel
- Click on the “Home” tab in the Excel ribbon.
- “Alignment” Group > “Merge & Centre”
- Merge & Center: Combines the selected cells into one cell and centers the content.
- Merge Across: Merges cells in each row individually, keeping the content left-aligned.
- Merge Cells: Merges the selected cells into one without centering the content.
- Unmerge Cells: Splits the merged cell back into its original cells.
