How to Protect Worksheet in Excel
If you want to limit your worksheet to yourself so no one else can edit it, you better start using workbook protection. Excel gives you an option “Protect Worksheet” in “Review” tab
Open Your Worksheet > Go to ” Review ” Tab > In “Protect” group > select “Protect Worksheet“
When you click on “Protect Worksheet” option it will open a dialogue box which will give you option to enter “Password” and a list of what you want to restrict access through this Password.
Password Entering is Optional but if you enter password then you need to remember it to for future access
Without Password
Let’s see if you check in first two option “Select Locked Cells” and “Select Unlocked Cells”, your all sheet will be protect selected cells as well as those unselected. If you try to edit any cells it will give an error message.

Unprotect Sheet
To Unprotect this sheet Go to “Review” tab > Click on “Unprotect Sheet” in Protect Group
With Password (Password in Excel Spreadsheet)
