    Single Column – Multiple Rows

    First Select the Column from which You Want to remove duplicated

    Ctrl+Shift+(Down Arrow)

    1. Go to Data Tab > Data Tools > Click on Remove Duplicates

    OR Directly Search in Search Box for ‘ Remove Duplicates’.

    Single Column – Multiple Rows

    If there are Multiple Columns and you want to remove duplicates such that No two rows are same meaning all rows have multiple or at least single column which is different for both rows then you need to first expand your selection, then select columns which form combination

    Select/Deselect required column and click on ‘OK’
