How to Calculate Percentage in Excel

First Select required cells for percentage conversion

Lets say in cell A2 you have results out of total values in Cell B2

Add a new column to the sheet when you want to store your Percentage Value
Go to Formula Bar and start with “=” sign to write down your formula
Now either manually enter the Cell number or select them (You can also select range of cells to implement this for more than one rows) i.e., = (B2-A2)/B2
Now Go to “Home” tab > “Number” group > Select Percentage
Select your result and extend it to other cells.
